Job summary

AspenTech is seeking an experienced project delivery leader to own end-to-end OT software projects for European utilities. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction, working with senior engineers, executives, and sales in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities include leading multicultural teams across Europe, coordinating with pre-sales, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Build and run project plans aligned to contractual commitments with milestones for delivery, invoicing and resourcing.
• Manage risks and issues with mitigation plans tailored to each project.
• Set and enforce quality standards through regular project reviews.
• Lead formal project closure and handover to support.
