Our European client develops, manufactures & markets components designed for Measurement ofpressure & flow.The components of client’s pressure measurement technology include both pressure switches (on/off switching elements), sensors & pressure transmitters (sensors with built-in amplifier electronics). With its clear focus on pressure measurement technology

The target market is divided into several sectors based upon application as special pressure sensors for Industrial Automation / Gas Boilers , HVAC & White Goods & have Market presence in Europe , USA , Asia , Australia , Africa , Middle East & South America

Processing all customer orders &enquiries. Ensuring the highest possible levels ofcustomer satisfaction to maximize sales & repeat business.

They are urgently , looking for Marketing & Business Development Manager – APAC @ Noida or Remote in India

Summary

  • Marketing & Business development to increase incoming leads & opportunities by working with different departments of the Germany headquarter.
  • Reports to: VP Sales APAC (Excl China)
  • Location: Noida or Remote in India

Role Summary

  • To work & lead marketing initiatives in the region to increase monthly raw leads.
  • To find out & digging for new market vertical/ applications for client’s products in the region

Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Graduate in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering & an MBA degree would be an added advantage.
  • 10-15 Years relevant experience in Digital marketing/Business development in a technical or industrial environment ( Preferably in Switches, Sensors & Transmitters)
  • High proficiency in English languages skills including the ability to converse & write about commercial or technical subjects.
  • Proficient skills of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
  • Highest levels of personal & professional integrity & ethics, & unquestioned integrity in each of his/her initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing nurture campaigns to APAC customers & opted-in prospects to drive demand/re-engagement (with email newsletter & segment campaigns)
  • Support sales manager/distributors on Product Trainings.
  • Work with inside/outside sales team as needed to drive monthly Month-on-month (MQL) rate & drive continuous improvements (participate in sales meetings / reviews)
  • Manage all incoming raw leads & prioritize for Marketing Qualification (response time of less than 1 hour target for incoming calls/emails).
  • Application notes preparation to increase cross selling.
  • Promote products through 3rd party listings – Ex India Mart, Direct Industries Mart
  • Provide support to APAC Sales team by coordinating & executing select trade show events.
  • Support distribution channel by coordinating & executing distributor events.
  • Deliver sales support to India sales team through analysis research & other sales related support activities.
  • Develop targeted content for key verticals & promote on website, social channels, & nurture campaign.
  • Grow marketing contact visibility in India through Zoom Info, LinkedIn & other tools to create suspects that can become raw leads.
  • Manage DM/KPI weekly Sales/OI updates for APAC & Align leads generation activities.
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge required to be successful in role
