Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and computing abilities.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• 2+ years hands-on auto repair experience.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Receive and carry-out repair orders as dispatched.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot repairs.
• Provide labor, time and parts estimates for services.
• Repair automotive systems (engine, suspension, brakes, A/C) per standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs are complete.
• Complete paperwork for repair services.
• Maintain organized workspace and tools.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
• Participate in BMW training programs to stay current.
• Demonstrate values and dedication to customer experience.
