Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of hands-on repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to undergo background/MVR checks and pre-employment testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Own a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2+ years hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• ASE certifications a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background/MVR).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repairs.
• Maintain organized workspace and manage tools.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
• Participate in BMW training programs to build expertise.
• Strive to Fix it Right the First Time to ensure customer satisfaction.
