Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, liquor, wine, and beer service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet local and state alcohol service certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking beverage and food orders while providing attentive service.
• Assess guest preferences and make thoughtful recommendations based on individual tastes.
• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Create innovative drink offerings while maintaining presentation standards.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible beverage service.
• Restock and replenish bar supplies, liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
