Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• Be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA; ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and carry out repair orders as dispatched.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify repair needs.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repairs.
• Perform high-quality repairs on engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C per standards.
• Conduct quality control checks after repairs.
• Complete paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and track tools.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
• Participate in BMW training to stay current with BMW technologies.
• Demonstrate BMW values and a customer-focused attitude.
