Job summary

Germain BMW of Naples seeks an experienced BMW Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with advanced diagnostic tools. You will join a skilled team at a state-of-the-art facility in Naples, FL, focused on delivering top-quality service and continuous BMW training.

This role promotes a 5+ year hands-on automotive repair background, strong mechanical/electrical/computing skills, and commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Own a valid driver’s license.
• At least 5+ years previous of hands on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivelant.
• Previous European automotive technician experience a plus
• ASE certifications a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR check, and maintaining a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and carry out repair orders as dispatched.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot to accurately determine repair needs.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for required repairs.
• Execute high-quality, efficient repairs on engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning per BMW standards.
• Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure repairs meet high standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure accountability for tools.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure workflow.
• Participate in BMW proprietary training to stay updated on technologies and processes.
• Demonstrate behaviors that align with company values.
