Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Own a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2+ years hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment.
• ASE certifications a plus.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass pre-employment testing including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and carry out repair orders as dispatched.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
• Perform high quality and efficient repairs on engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs are complete.
• Complete all required paperwork for repair services.
• Maintain organized workspace and tools.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
• Participate in BMW training programs to enhance expertise.
• Demonstrate BMW values and fix-it-right-first-time approach.
