Job summary

EuroTek Specialists is a premier independent European automotive repair facility in Northwest Arkansas. We seek an experienced European Automotive Technician with a strong background in European makes to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while upholding our high standards.

You will diagnose and repair European vehicles, use OEM and advanced diagnostic tools, and communicate findings professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician (European specialty preferred).
• Strong diagnostic skills with familiarity in VCDS, ODIS, ISTA, Mercedes Xentry, or similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical data.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training are a plus but not required.
• Must supply own basic tools (some specialty tools provided by the shop).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles using OEM and advanced aftermarket diagnostic tools.
• Perform maintenance services including brakes, suspension, oil changes, and timing services.
• Conduct advanced electrical troubleshooting and module programming when required.
• Provide accurate repair recommendations and communicate findings professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow shop procedures and uphold EuroTek’s standards for quality and efficiency.
