We are searching for a

Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst (m/f/d)

You support our team members by finding solutions for their IT-related questions and tasks in a quick and efficient manner.

Your daily tasks:

  1. Support our employees in all IT-related queries
  2. Develop and build a security network
  3. Implement firewalls and ensure IT security requirements
  4. Ongoing tracking and working on tickets and tasks

What we are looking for:

  1. Degree in information systems/technology
  2. 5+ years of professional experience in an IT position at Level 2 or Level 3, thereof 2-3 years in a support desk environment
  3. Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365
  4. Good knowledge of GPO, AD and endpoint manager
  5. Advanced experience in networks and firewalls
  6. Efficient and professional communication
