Job summary

Bybit is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits across EU operations, focusing on ICT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection. You will collaborate with Technology, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to assess controls and ensure regulatory coverage.

Based in the EU region (preferably Austria), you will report to the EU Head of Audit and work with the Global IT Audit team on shared platforms and regulatory engagements.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years IT audit, technology risk, or assurance in regulated environments.
• Experience leading cross-border audits and senior stakeholders.
• EU-regulated financial/fintech exposure is highly advantageous.
• CISA/CISM or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EU IT audits across technology, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Assess ICT governance against DORA, MiCA, GDPR, NIS2 and EBA guidelines.
• Plan risk-based audits with cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Draft audit findings with root-cause analysis and remediation guidance.
• Support regulatory inspections and maintain EU regulatory coverage.
