Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced ETRM System Analyst to support Allegro for US Power Trading. You will handle incident triage, troubleshooting, configuration, and small development tasks in C# and MSSQL, while coordinating with global teams to ensure stability and performance.

Ideal candidates bring strong US Power market knowledge, basic Windows Server administration, and analytical thinking. AWS and Terraform experience are a plus, aligning with our broader technology strategy.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of C# and .NET.
Allegro/ETRM application experience (config, performance, troubleshooting).
US Power market knowledge.
SQL Server skills: stored procedures, triggers, queries.
Basic Windows Server administration.
Critical thinking, analytical capability, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary analyst for Allegro supporting US Power Trading.
Daily application support for Allegro (incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis).
System configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring.
Small development tasks and fixes in C# and MSSQL.
Documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams.
