As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be working closely with members of Fidelity's Technology Risk functions to use data to provide insight into risk. You will participate in all phases of a data analytics project lifecycle - from framing the business question/hypothesis, identifying the appropriate data sources, sourcing the relevant data, performing sophisticated analytics, and reporting on the results. You will answer ad-hoc questions and develop data-centric solutions that will be utilized across the Risk organization.
You will be part of the Data Analytics team within ETRA. The team plays a critical support role for the business unit technology risk teams. You will help answer complex business questions and tell a story through the creative use of data analytics and visualization. Technology Risk teams rely on data analytics to assist with daily efforts, automate manual processes, and keep dashboards and tools updated and running smoothly.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
