Job summary

Edison Smart® in Minneapolis seeks a Project Engineer to drive projects from kick-off through engineering release and into manufacturing. You will coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Project Management to keep initiatives moving and aligned with specifications.

Must have 3+ years’ engineering experience, with a background in manufacturing/engineered-to-order environments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to manage deadlines and multi-project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Background in manufacturing / engineered-to-order environments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects from kick-off to production.
• Work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Project Management.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate engineering changes, revisions and manufacturing redlines.
• Support design reviews and production meetings.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
