Job Title: ETL Test lead (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of expertise in ETL Validation and Data Build Tool. The ideal candidate will possess domain knowledge in Provider and Payer sectors. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to ensure the quality and reliability of our data processes contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee the validation of data transformations and data build processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data validation.
• Identify document and track defects working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving data quality and testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data validation.
• Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize domain expertise in Provider and Payer sectors to enhance testing strategies.
• Implement automated testing solutions to streamline validation processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Support the deployment of data solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in ETL Validation and Data Build Tool.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Provider and Payer domains.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Show proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.

• Display effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or related field.

Salary And Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until June/12/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 – $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
