US staffing Inc. is seeking a Talend Developer - Tech Lead to lead the migration from Informatica to Talend in an onsite Irving, TX environment. Primary focus on Talend Data Integration, with strong expertise in Informatica and PL/SQL.

The role involves leading migration architecture, designing equivalent Talend jobs, and guiding developers through the conversion, validation, and performance optimization phases. This is a contract position based in Irving, Texas.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter / IDMC.
Strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration.
Proven experience in large-scale ETL migration or modernization programs.
Advanced SQL and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and performance benchmarking.

Responsibilities

Define migration architecture, standards, and conversion strategy for Informatica to Talend.
Analyze Informatica mappings, workflows, and dependencies; design equivalent Talend jobs/joblets.
Lead automated and manual ETL conversion, remediation, and refactoring where required.
Establish data validation, reconciliation, and audit frameworks; manage parallel runs.
Optimize Talend jobs for performance, scalability, and operational stability.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper‑care.
Act as ETL migration SME; guide developers and review deliverables.
