Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Technical leader who owns data operations and drives modernization of enterprise data platforms. You will guide ETL development, production support, and data architecture in a complex tech environment.

Responsibilities include leading data engineers, overseeing critical data pipelines, and advancing cloud-based data ecosystems with governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

• 10+ years experience with SQL, ETL/ELT development, data integration, cloud technologies, and enterprise data platforms.

• Oversee production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Lead ETL development efforts across multiple data platforms, databases, integrations, and reporting environments.
• Improve operational processes through monitoring, documentation, automation, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, architecture discussions, and best-practice enforcement.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, QA, project management, and support teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Support modernization initiatives involving cloud technologies, data ingestion frameworks, governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

Plan Type: Direct Hire

Requirements:

• Experience leading ETL, data engineering, or data operations teams in a production environment.
• Minimum of 10 years experience with SQL, ETL/ELT development, data integration, cloud technologies, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with data architecture, production support, system monitoring, and modern analytics or reporting solutions.
