Job summary

Brillio is seeking a data engineering lead with extensive hands-on experience in data warehouse design and Informatica platforms. You will guide a team through complex scenarios and present compelling narratives to both business and technical audiences.

The role emphasizes pharma domain experience with Life Science datasets (IQVIA, Komodo, VEEVA) and deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture and optimization. Strong communication and project management are essential.

• Comfortable with technical details like building first cut architecture design
• Razor sharp skills on execution of small to large programs
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations with unstructured problems and anticipate potential issues/risks
• Experience in handling complex information and presenting it in compelling narratives through business presentations for various audiences
• Professional agility and strategic thinking
• Ability to write and design technical business process documentation
• Excellent project management, relationship building and organizational skills
