Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks an ETL Informatica Lead to guide enterprise data warehouse modernization, analytics delivery, and cloud platform initiatives. You will lead 10–20 associates, partner with customers on Fabric/Purview, and drive end-to-end project success.

The role requires deep Informatica ETL expertise, Azure cloud experience, and strong governance knowledge. A hybrid arrangement requires onsite presence two days weekly in Massachusetts/Worcester.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics.
• 5+ years as technical lead on large EDW/analytics initiatives.
• 5+ years with Informatica ETL.
• 4+ years with Azure cloud data platform projects.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of EDW concepts, data modeling, ETL/ELT, analytics.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, cataloging, compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent work experience.
• Strong issue, risk, scope, and resource management skills.
• Strong customer communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse and analytics initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale data warehouse modernization projects.
• Lead a team of 10–20 associates across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with customers on Microsoft Fabric and Purview integration.
• Implement Fabric components including OneLake, Data Factory, Data Science, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve data governance and management issues.
• Coordinate daily/weekly communications and participate in client discussions.
• Manage issues, risks, scope, and delivery activities.
