Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an ETL Developer experienced with Informatica DEI/BDM to design, develop, test, and optimize data pipelines. You will collaborate with designers and architects to plan ETL solutions and support production deployments and issue resolution.

The role requires strong Hive, Unix, and SQL skills, plus familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD. Exposure to Talend, Snowflake or Ab Initio is a plus, and onshore/offshore delivery experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience in ETL design and development using Informatica DEI/BDM.
• Strong Hive, Unix and SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with design/architecture teams and support onshore/offshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan ETL development based on designer/architect input.
• Develop ETL using Informatica DEI/BDM and create code base with unit tests.
• Perform independent testing and provide SIT/UAT defect support.
• Create production deployment plans and coordinate change approvals.
• Support production deployment and ongoing production issue resolution.
• Perform performance tuning and optimize Informatica workloads.
• Provide warranty support and liaise with infrastructure teams.

Job description

• Resource should have the following technical skill set.
• Understand the design, work with designer and architect, and based on that plan the ETL development using Informatica DEI/BDM toolset.
• Assist in completing the design deliverables.
• Perform ETL development using Informatica DEI/BDM and create the code base, complete the unit testing and capture unit test results.
• At times should be able to perform independent testing.
• Provide the testing support for defect triage and resolution across the SIT, UAT phases.
• Create the production deployment plan, scheduling sheets and get change approval from required stake holders.
• Support production deployment and co -ordinate with production support and infrastructure teams.
• Provide warranty support and investigate production ETL issues and fix them.
• Implement performance tuning using Informatica DEI/BDM toolset.
• Should have strong knowledge on Hive
• Should have strong Unix and SQL knowledge
• Should have gitlab , CICD knowledge
• Should have good communication skill
• Should be able to work in onshore offshore model
• It will be an additional advantage if candidate has exposure to Talend + Snowflake or Ab Initio
