Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer/Designer with deep expertise in Oracle CC&B to join a data integration project in the utilities sector. This role requires strong technical capabilities in designing and developing ETL processes, along with hands-on experience working with the CC&B data model and structure. You will play a key role in transforming operational data into usable insights across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end ETL solutions for data extraction and transformation from Oracle CC&B systems.
• Analyze CC&B data structures to define technical specifications and data mappings.
• Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Develop robust, high-performance ETL pipelines using tools such as Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Talend, or SSIS.
• Perform data quality checks, validation, and error handling for large-scale data loads.
• Document technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and design patterns.
• Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-production troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in ETL development and solution design, with strong performance tuning skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing), including its data model, schema, and integration points.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, ODI, Talend).
• Proficiency in writing advanced SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Experience with large relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on utility or energy sector data projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-based data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
