The ETL Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting data integration solutions that power critical business and client-facing operations. Reporting to the Department Team Leader, this role combines ETL development, database programming, production support, and process automation to ensure data is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, the ETL Developer will translate requirements into scalable solutions while identifying opportunities to improve performance and streamline processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong SQL Server and SSIS experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex data challenges.

This position operates in a hybrid work environment and requires employees to reside in either the United States or Canada and within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our office locations in Wilmington, DE; Columbus, OH; or Montreal, Canada
