The VISION - CWIS FACS Conversion Initiative requires migrating critical program data from the GCP BigQuery environment into the enterprise SQL data warehouse. As part of this modernization effort, all reports currently produced by mainframe and other legacy systems must be redesigned and rebuilt on the Power BI platform. To meet this need, an internal team of Power BI developers is being assembled, and the project requires a highly skilled Lead Power BI Developer to guide the team, establish standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the transition.

Position Description

Under general direction, the Lead Power BI Developer will design, develop, test, and deliver modern reporting solutions that support daily business operations, program leadership, and analytical initiatives. Reports will source data from BigQuery-based data marts and be distributed through approved agency channels.

This role will serve as the technical lead for the Power BI development team, providing mentoring, best-practice direction, and coordination across program areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in enterprise reporting and at least five years of experience using Power BI in a production environment.
