Job summary

Base One Technologies is hiring an ETL Developer/Business Liaison in the Boston area to drive data integration and digital transformation for partner projects. You will research technologies, recommend solutions, and set best practices across the software development lifecycle.

You will interface with stakeholders, craft architecture artifacts, and mentor peers. The role requires hands-on ETL work, strong SQL and Unix scripting, and a willingness to operate in a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of Informatica IICS ETL experience.
• Strong Snowflake and data warehouse knowledge.
• Experience with multiple ETL platforms (SSIS, ODI, CDATA).
• Proven SQL and Unix shell scripting skills.
• Candidate must be able to work from Boston with hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Participate in crafting architecture documents aligned with requirements.
• Create design artifacts and prototypes to support POCs.
• Deliver high quality code and assist with quality checks and documentation.
• Lead validation activities for various testing types.
• Support Go Live planning and execution under SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions post-implementation.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and transition support.
• Bridge business and IT gaps by communicating changes clearly.
• Mentor team members to improve overall effectiveness.
