Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year

Responsibilities

• Design flyers, posters, and digital graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Create and edit short videos for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Assist with managing and updating social media accounts.
• Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries about the Ethnic Studies Department.
• Greet students and visitors, providing assistance as needed.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as organizing materials and maintaining department resources.
• Support social media efforts by sharing department events and updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
