Job summary

EY is seeking a Data, Time & Expense Senior Associate in the Ethics and Compliance Investigations Team. This role focuses on investigations from intake to resolution, analyzing sensitive data to identify trends and risks, and driving improvements across controls and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years experience in corporate investigations, ethics and compliance, risk management, data analysis, audit, legal, or related fields.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support Code of Conduct investigations from intake to resolution involving data, time and expense matters.
• Investigate data exportation or misuse of Firm, client or confidential information.
• Interpret and apply Firm policies during investigative work.
• Lead and support investigative interviews with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with ECIT, General Counsel’s Office, Talent, Finance, and leadership on risk assessment and resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records in a centralized system for reporting and audit readiness.
• Draft concise investigative documentation including summaries and findings.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and risk implications.
• Evaluate findings to identify risks and escalate when needed.
• Develop recommendations for training, controls, and process improvements.
• Support intake analysis, triage, and prioritization of matters.
• Present findings and risk insights to ECIT, ECRM and leadership.
• Support ECIT priorities and special projects as needed.
