The role requires 5+ years in ethics/compliance, with a Bachelor's in a related field; a Master's is preferred. Travel up to 10% and residency in the U.S. are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, auditing, program management, risk management, legal, HR, or related fields.
• Experience managing compliance programs and conducting risk assessments.
• Experience with third-party risk management and anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs preferred.
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• US citizenship or equivalent work authorization required; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Ethics & Compliance program, including third-party risk and training.
• Expand programs across domestic and international operations.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor policies, procedures, and controls with audits and metrics.
• Advise employees and leaders on ethics and compliance policies and conflicts of interest.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Oversee Third-Party Risk Management processes from due diligence to remediation.
• Ensure compliance with FCPA and other global regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness campaigns; report metrics to leadership.
• Prepare compliance reports and support audits; maintain documentation.
• Foster a speak-up culture and partner across functions to strengthen ownership.
