Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Risk Management, Ethics & Compliance, Legal Studies, Human Resources, or related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (official or unofficial transcript may be required).
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting Nissan's Ethics, Compliance, and Data Privacy programs.
• Assist with third-party due diligence reviews and compliance screening activities to help identify and manage potential risks.
• Support privacy initiatives, including data inventory activities, individual rights requests, and data governance projects.
• Help administer employee disclosure processes, including Conflict of Interest and Gifts & Hospitality reviews.
• Partner with team members across multiple business functions on research, communications, reporting, training, and special projects.

Education

Undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business/related field

GPA 3.0 or above
