Job summary

ACA Group in the United States is seeking a Compliance Consultant to support supervisors, relationship managers, account owners, and engagement leads in delivering ACA's Code of Ethics offerings.

Responsibilities include administering and overseeing personal trading surveillance programs, employee certifications, gifts and entertainment reviews, outside business activity disclosures, political contribution monitoring, conflicts of interest assessments, and other employee compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with U.S. securities laws and regulatory positions.
• Experience with exams or regulators is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and guide on compliance requirements.
• Manage implementation and oversight of personal trading surveillance programs.
• Oversee monitoring activities, broker feed reviews, and certification processes.
• Lead client discussions on outside activities, gifts, and ethics matters.
• Review complex compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct books-and-records reviews for regulatory compliance.
• Design attestations, disclosures, and related processes.
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and trends to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts on regulations, policies, and ethics compliance.
• Support managed services projects with supervisors and project leads.
• Develop internal knowledge resources and training materials.
• Support thought leadership, business development, and marketing initiatives.
• Attend conferences and on-site engagements; perform ad-hoc projects.
