Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant experience, including conflicts searching.
• Experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred.
• Understanding of conflicts of interest principles and screening requirements.
• Analytical thinking to assess complex information and issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, monitor, audit, and deactivate ethical walls using Intapp WallBuilder.
• Develop and maintain expertise in screening requirements and firm policies.
• Review conflict analyses and waiver documents to determine access controls.
• Draft and distribute screening memoranda and related communications.
• Collaborate with attorneys, Risk Management, IT, and global teams.
• Respond to inquiries and identify risks with recommended resolutions.
• Investigate access issues and support urgent, confidential matters.
