Aerotek is looking for a Process Operator to support a climate-controlled ethanol production facility in Johnson Creek, WI. Candidates will operate and monitor production equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Chemical Operator or in a process operations role.
• 3–5 years of experience performing lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures in an industrial or production environment.
• 3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience in areas such as conveyors, pumps, and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ethanol production equipment for safe operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for maintenance tasks.
• Unload materials safely with a gas-powered forklift.
• Monitor equipment temperatures to anticipate maintenance needs.
• Utilize a DCS to monitor and adjust process conditions.
