ETF Wholesaler Senior - S. CA & Hawaii Remote

What you do:

The ETF Regional VP is responsible for increasing sales of Allianz Investment Management (IM) ETF products within the territory through direct contact (in person, phone, video conferencing) with financial professionals. This involves building relationships with non-producing Allianz financial professionals to promote our ETF products and increasing sales among existing Allianz ETF advisors. Collaboration with business partners such as External/Internal Annuity Retirement Consultants, Strategic Accounts, Distribution Sales Development, and Sales Supervision is essential.

Building relationships and selling:

Develop, grow, and retain relationships to drive ETF sales through face-to-face, phone, and video wholesaling. This includes delivering sales ideas, education, non-product value propositions, continuing education, retirement strategies presentations, portfolio construction, and FinTech demonstrations.

What you bring:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in Financial Services with proven results
  • High School diploma required
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses

Preferred:

  • 4-5 years of sales experience in Financial Services
  • Four-year degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CIMA
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g., generative AI)

You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future immigration sponsorship. Ability to manage travel (up to 50%) within the territory, and attend evening/weekend functions is expected. Comfortable with phone and video presentations.

Territory: S. CA & Hawaii

Compensation: Base salary $81,000 - $90,000 plus variable commissions based on sales performance.
