The Tax Management Associate will assist in day-to-day tax operations, prepare shareholder reports, and collaborate with fund administration to enhance tax services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to four years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall Tax Administration Services and support growth of tax offerings.
• Partner with Fund Administration leadership to expand tax services.
• Assist analysis and calculation of dividend and capital gain distributions.
• Prepare ROCSOP and tax adjustments for shareholder reports.
• Prepare income and excise tax returns.
• Calculate and monitor book-to-tax differences.
• Provide tax reallocation data for 1099 reporting.
• Coordinate preparation of financial statement tax disclosures.
• Prepare fiscal year-end tax provisions by auditors.
• Prepare excise distribution calculations for auditors.
• Research tax impact to securities within client ETFs.
