About the role

We are seeking a motivated professional with 3–5 years of ETF experienceto join our growing team. This role will focus on supporting clients and partners by navigating operational workflows, coordinating projects, and delivering clear communication across senior executives and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and comfortable representing the firm in both formal and informal settings.

What you\'ll do
  • Serve as a day-to-day Capital Markets contact for clients and partners, addressing questions on ETF operations, trading, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Tidal customers, issuers, broker-dealers, and market makers to ensure smooth client support.
  • Support and coordinate fund governance-related activities, including board meetings, partner updates, and compliance requirements for multiple 40' Trusts.
  • Prepare presentation materials for business development, client engagements, and prospect meetings.
  • Provide insights and support for ETF processes across multiple asset classes for operations and trading.
  • Take ownership of impromptu and ad-hoc projects, working independently to deliver solutions on tight timelines.
  • Represent trading and capital markets at client meetings, industry discussions, and partner conversations.
  • Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and support internal adherence to standards.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in ETF operations, trading, or client service at an issuer, broker-dealer, trust, or market-making firm.
  • Solid understanding of ETF operations (creation/redemption, trading processes, and compliance basics).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills—comfortable engaging with senior executives as well as operations teams.
  • Ability to translate technical/operational details into clear explanations for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities.
  • A quick learner with adaptability to take on new challenges and support multiple stakeholders.
