Susquehanna is seeking an ETF Sales & Trading Co-op to support the order handling team. You will enter ETF quotes, monitor trading activity, analyze data for accuracy, and use your tech skills to enhance processes.

This role offers exposure to traders, customers, and operations teammates in a collaborative environment. The internship emphasizes hands-on learning, with co-op classes designed to teach Susquehanna's business and professional development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Experience with VBA and SQL is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, quick learner, and resourceful in solving problems.
• Previous experience in financial services or finance/investment coursework is a plus.
• Probability and Statistics background is a plus.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

Responsibilities

• Enter ETF quotes (hits and misses) into the quote tracking database.
• Monitor customer-based trading activity throughout the day.
• Analyze data to ensure accuracy of information.
• Leverage tech skills to improve existing processes and tools.
