Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an ETF Quantitative Developer to design, develop, and enhance portfolio management technology and analytics. You will collaborate with PMs, Analysts, and Tech teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve oversight, workflows, and infrastructure.

The role sits in a fast-paced index portfolio environment requiring strong technical capabilities and a solid capital markets understanding. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Finance or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R; knowledge of C++/Java is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis libraries (Pandas/Polars) and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Management, Research, Ops, and Technology to deliver data-driven insights and portfolio reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain tools/applications to support ETF/index portfolio management.
• Enhance portfolio oversight with scalable, efficient frameworks.
• Build and deploy quantitative models and analytics across systems.
• Automate daily workflows, reporting, and optimization processes.
• Contribute to data architecture and technology infrastructure evolution.
