Invesco Ltd. invites you to join its 9-week ETF Product Development Internship in Downers Grove, IL, starting June 2027.

You’ll collaborate with ETF Strategy & Research teams, gaining hands-on experience in product analysis, market outlooks, and competitive landscape studies. As a Summer Intern, you’ll engage in orientation, networking, and development workshops, with mentorship and a pathway to a full-time Early Career Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and a junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis.
• Competitive Insights: Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends.
• Sales Support: Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries.
• Reporting & Trend Analysis: Run internal reports, spot key trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders.
• Collaboration with Index Providers: Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.
• Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates.
