Job summary

Invesco seeks an ETF Product Development Intern to help drive growth in its ETF business. You’ll work with ETF Strategy & Research teams to apply analytical skills on real-world challenges and advance strategic priorities.

Join a 9-week Summer Internship in Downers Grove, with orientation, networking events, and development workshops. Successful interns may receive a full-time offer through our Early Career Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and junior graduating by summer 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Highly self-motivated and proactive
• Must be able to work in Invesco’s Downers Grove office

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis: create and update product and market outlook materials
• Competitive insights: analyze ETF landscape and trends
• Sales support: provide analytical insights for internal sales inquiries
• Reporting and trend analysis: run internal reports and summarize findings for senior leaders
• Collaboration with index providers: coordinate data analysis for new product ideas
• Project variety: contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with US ETF launches and updates
