About the job:

ETF Investment Specialist

VistaShares seeks a highly motivated ETF Investment Specialist to serve as a vital part of an experienced team of investment professionals. In this role, you will work closely with established Sales Directors to increase sales of our exchange-traded funds (ETFs). We are seeking candidates with a strong knowledge of the financial services industry and a positive, winning attitude.

Success in this role would be achieved by:

-Prospecting and pre-qualifying leads by leveraging proprietary databases and research.

-Initiating and maintaining relationships with RIA and/or Broker-dealer Financial Advisors.

-Engaging proactively with Financial Advisors using phone, web presentations, targeted emails, and other technologies.

-Delivering value-added commentary, research, and due diligence material to Advisors throughout the sales cycle.

-Promoting industry knowledge and trends across the greater sales team.

Skills & Experience:

-BS/BA degree required, business-related degree preferred. Additional advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

-FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 licenses are required.

-2-3 years of internal sales experience within the asset management industry specializing in ETFs and mutual funds. Direct ETF industry experience required.

- Maintain strong expertise in VistaShares’ offerings, competitor landscape, market dynamics, portfolio construction, and capital markets.

-Ability to succeed in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

-Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

-Discipline to work remotely from home as needed - hybrid.

-Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Excel.

-Strong character references and a clean compliance record.

VistaShares’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary. If you are located in New York, NY, the base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000. In addition, employees are eligible for commission and discretionary bonuses, and a competitive benefits package.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
