Join our dynamic team as an Etch Process Development Engineer, responsible for owning and developing etch process modules for specialty foundry customers. You will develop manufacturable process recipes, characterize equipment and materials, drive process improvements, support complex process integration, and resolve process issues.

Responsibilities

1. Develop or integrate robust manufacturable process recipes for foundry customers in etch.
2. Characterize equipment and materials.
3. Drive continuous improvement of process capability and controls.
4. Support complex process integration for CMOS, MEMS, superconducting, photonics, or other novel devices.
5. Resolve process excursions and implement root cause corrective actions.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
