Job summary

ENNOVI is seeking an Etch Line Machine Operator for the night shift in Attleboro, MA. This role covers production line set-up, control, operation, light maintenance, and inspection of etched products in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include selecting coils, labeling, chemical handling, and operating the vision system while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years of operating manufacturing machinery.
• Must read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Select the correct coil for production and set up line; follow written work instructions and SOPs.
• Place coils of material onto the etch line payoff and place empty reels onto the take up.
• Document and properly label all work.
• Work with hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals safely; follow PPE rules.
• Perform routine chemical testing and minor maintenance on chemical baths and equipment.
• Identify process problems and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Complete all production and QA documentation.
• Set up and monitor the vision system; read meters and perform chemical testing.
• Follow company safety rules and wear PPE as required.

We are seeking an Etch Line Operator to join our team in the Medical business.

• Required to perform routine chemical testing and minor maintenance on chemical baths and equipment.
• Identify process problems and perform process troubleshooting as necessary.
• Complete all documentation required for production and QA as required.
• Setting up and monitoring of the vision system, working with gage pins, reading meters, and performing chemical testing.
• Follow Company Safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
