In this dynamic Junior role, you will assist our Estonian-speaking customers with a range of inquiries regarding our online retail offerings, ensuring they enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Your fluency in Estonian will be crucial as you help clients navigate our online platform, answer questions about products, manage order placements, and resolve any issues that may arise. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within our retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Estonian via phone, email, and chat about online retail inquiries
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of issues
