AMR ROOFING is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives in Indianapolis to assist homeowners with roofing, siding, and gutters projects.

This role offers performance-based pay with uncapped commission potential ranging from $60,000 to $270,000 annually, alongside insurance benefits and a 401K plan. Responsibilities include calling company-provided leads and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Previous experience in roofing & restoration industry is preferred.

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative

• Call, text, and email company-provided leads
• Introduce homeowners to our process and build instant trust
• Set appointments for inspections and adjuster meetings
• Keep CRM updated with notes, calls, and follow-ups
• Guide homeowners through paperwork and next steps
• Write estimates for new incoming leads
• Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries
• Support outside sales reps and keep files moving forward
• Educate homeowners on products and company process
• Hit daily/weekly goals for calls, appointments, and conversions
• Deliver top-notch customer service every step of the way
