Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is a leading distributor focusing on water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products. Our team supports local service with a national supply chain across the U.S.

We are seeking an estimator who can leverage estimating experience to assist contractors and customers, meet timelines, and ensure accurate specifications. You will collaborate with customers, understand project specs, and help provide timely insights to drive critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in industrial distribution or construction supplies.

You enjoy competing for bids and can reinforce customers' trust by understanding specs and product requirements, ensuring accuracy, and adhering to timelines. You think strategically and are adept at finding alternative solutions when needed.

ARE you detail-oriented with a knack for assessing time constraints based on materials for a project? Are you someone who takes pride in directly contributing to team and organizational goals? Are you ready to partner with customers to provide timely insight and consultation? Are you confident in setting the pace for the rest of a project? Preferably, YOU have:

• A BS/BA degree
• 5+ years of related experience
• Experience in industrial distribution or construction supplies
