Responsibilities

• Produces accurate quantity and material take-offs from plans and specs.
• Enter quantity take-offs and material pricing for estimates.
• Coordinate price development with vendors and suppliers.
• Contribute to preparation of key estimating deliverables.
• Support conceptual estimating and development of basic models.
• Develop budgets and purchasing plans with limited oversight.
• Coordinate document flow during estimate preparation.
• Provide administrative logging of estimates.
• Perform additional duties as required.
