Produces accurate quantity and material take-offs by reviewing plans, specifications, and instructions for assigned areas for estimate preparation.
Develops budgets and purchasing plans with minimal oversight from senior estimation staff.
Coordinates flow of documents during estimate preparation.
Provides administrative logging of estimates.
