MLB & Associates is seeking a cost estimator to evaluate project costs and bid viability. The role requires reading blueprints, applying accounting principles, and gathering quotes for materials and systems to build accurate estimates.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with 1–3 years of construction experience. You will support bidding by communicating competitive advantages and resolving cost discrepancies to ensure competitive, profitable proposals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans.
• 1 - 3 years' of construction experience preferred.

The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.
