Job summary

American Roof Warriors is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to convert homeowners into customers for exterior projects (roofing, siding, gutters). All leads are provided, and reps earn uncapped commissions with a supportive back-end team and a company-paid training program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and email company-provided leads.
• Introduce homeowners to our process and build instant trust.
• Set appointments for inspections and adjuster meetings.
• Keep CRM updated with notes, calls, and follow-ups.
• Guide homeowners through paperwork and next steps.
• Write estimates for new incoming leads.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries.
• Support outside sales reps and keep files moving forward.
• Educate homeowners on products and company process.
• Hit daily/weekly goals for calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Deliver top-notch customer service every step of the way.
