Qualifications

• Experience with quantity take-offs using estimating software (OST).
• Ability to solicit material and vendor pricing and prepare budgets.
• Support in producing change order requests and customer correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Estimator/PM of the Window Treatment division.
• Perform quantity take-offs with estimating software (OST).
• Solicit material and vendor pricing.
• Assist in preparing material and submittals, material and labor budgets, and change order requests and process and draft customer correspondence.
• Meet financial objectives by following and managing budgets, labor production, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with teammates, other estimators, and project managers.
• Interact with vendors and customers to create a successful team.
