Construction Estimator with Project Management experience

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for clients, Work with architects, contractors, and engineers. Prepare change orders. Help and support project management team when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in storefront and curtain wall installation. 3yrs experience in construction estimating and project management. Knowledge of estimating software, AutoCad experience a plus but not required. Strong organization skills and detailed oriented. Understanding of blueprints & job specifications. able to work and interact with others.
